1. A 50% deposit must be made to confirm booking before the event date, and the remaining 50% paid on the day of the event.  
2. IN CASE of multiple photographers covering the event, the client must inform our team.  
3. IN CASE of events outside Kumasi, accommodation and food must be provided to the team.  
4. To provide the best services to you on your special day, we kindly suggest that ample time is given to the team to execute our creativity, ensuring the best memories.  
5. Any changes to the event schedule or location must be communicated to One Click Creatives at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or compromised service quality.  
6. One Click Creatives reserves the right to use selected images and videos from the event for promotional purposes, unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.  
7. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances, One Click Creatives will make every reasonable effort to provide equivalent services or arrange for alternative solutions.
